Based on our extensive research process we'll approach potential candidates by telephone, written correspondence, and through selected sources that act on our behalf and provide an introduction to undertake exploratory discussions with us those potential viable candidates. Because we limit the size of our practice, we're not restricted to the bureaucracy and lack of control that affects many of the larger firms.
Prior to an assignment being undertaken, we'll meet to partner with key executives, board members, to owners, to sharpen our working knowledge for the dynamics and dimensions that surround and underscore the nature and state of our client, its history, business environment, business model, industry, structure, markets, competition, culture, priorities, and any other relevant issues that may impact the client position.
Our search strategy focuses on using a broad spectrum of proven approaches of professional and appropriate industries sources of information available to us today. We target and compile a list that will uncover and identify relevant potential prospects we believe are initially and appropriately "best suited" for our clients position.
We then undertake a rigorous examination in conducting indepth in-person interviews with those initially identified potential candidates who we believe are at this point possibly the "best suited" for our clients opportunity. At this stage we gain a greater assessment of whether they are the leaders who will strengthen and deliver meaningful performance. Our evaluations cover their qualifications, motivational factors, goals, values, personal and professional client culture compatibility, along with their level of sincere interest should we deem those select few to exceed overall assessment metrics and wish to advance to possible "short list" candidates for future client consideration.

This session serves to develop a foundation to understand what experience, personal qualities, key competencies (a unique combination of proven skill sets, knowledge, abilities and attributes) form the basis of our assessment for potential candidates and serves as the framework to guide the search process going forward.
Concurrently, we formulate the search strategy most likely to produce the most appropriately suited candidates for our client's assignment. Our research spans the use of our extensive proprietary database of executives, targeted research into organizations within selected industry sectors, and our extensive network of professional sources familiar with those companies and industries. We make every effort to ensure we conduct our business within the guidelines that reflects diversity in terms of gender and ethnicity.
This written communication will articulate the essence for the type of candidate we are in search of, and it will represent both the client and our firm as we share it with prospective candidates, professional organizations, and a select group of individual sources that are in a position to recommend outstanding prospects.
With additional review from annual reports, organizational charts, strategic plans, financial information, we draft and submit a position profile for our client's review and approval. Without revealing the client's identify, (unless authorized otherwise) this document fully describes in detail the scope and dimensions of the opportunity, candidate expectations, challenges, characteristics, and the qualifications that underscores the position.
